Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AnchorPoint, an adaptive planning service for ADHD solopreneurs, provided by AnchorPoint Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The Service
AnchorPoint helps you plan and execute work using daily Anchors, adaptive micro-tasking, focus mode, and energy tracking. We provide it on an "as-is" basis and aim for high availability without guaranteeing zero downtime.
Accounts
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
- One account per person, unless you have a team plan we've separately agreed to.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Plans: Starter $5/month and Pro $12/month, billed monthly in USD.
- 7-day free trial: new subscribers get 7 days at no charge. We email you 2 days before the trial converts. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
- After the trial, your card is charged automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

Acceptable use
Don't use AnchorPoint to harass others, infringe IP, reverse-engineer the Service, abuse our API, or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
Your content
You own your projects, tasks, and Anchors. You grant us a limited license to store and display them in order to provide the Service to you. We do not use your planning content to train models.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days in advance.
