Refund Policy
We want AnchorPoint to actually work for your brain. If it doesn't, we don't want to keep your money. Here's how we handle refunds.
7-day free trial
Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial from the billing portal and you will not be charged. We send a reminder email 2 days before the trial ends.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're charged after the trial and AnchorPoint isn't right for you, email support@anchorpoint.app within 14 days of the first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questionnaire, no negotiation.
Monthly renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. If you forget to cancel and notice an unwanted renewal within 72 hours, email us and we'll refund the most recent charge as long as the account hasn't been heavily used in that window.
How to request a refund
- Email support@anchorpoint.app from the address on your account.
- Tell us the charge date (and, if you can, what didn't work for you — feedback helps us, but it's optional).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable
- Charges older than 14 days for normal monthly use.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel future renewals at any time from the in-app billing portal. We don't trap you in cancel flows or ask why three times — one click and you're out, with access through the end of your billing period.
