Privacy Policy
This page describes how AnchorPoint Labs ("AnchorPoint", "we", "us") handles information you provide when you use our adaptive planning service for ADHD solopreneurs (the "Service"). It is maintained by AnchorPoint Labs and reflects the controls currently enabled in the product.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, password hash (managed by our authentication provider).
- Planning data you create: projects, tasks, daily Anchors, micro-tasks, energy & mood logs, focus sessions, accountability buddy invites.
- Usage metadata: timestamps for tasks completed, anchors set, and feature interactions used to power streaks and progress visualizations.
- Billing data: when you subscribe, our payment processor receives your card details directly. We store only the subscription status, plan, and customer reference — never card numbers.
How we use it
- To run the Service (sync your anchors, tasks, and energy logs across devices).
- To send transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, trial-ending reminder, receipts).
- To improve the product through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your planning data to train AI models.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of vetted providers to operate the Service:
- Cloud database, authentication, and storage (data hosted in the EU/US).
- Payment processing for subscriptions and the 7-day free trial.
- Optional AI assistance for task breakdown (input is sent to the model provider and not retained for training).
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from the app. We respond to GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days. Email privacy@anchorpoint.app.
Retention
Active accounts: data is retained while your account is open. After deletion, we purge identifiable data within 30 days. Backups roll off within 60 days.
